we are looking for a equity partner to contribute 20 equity . we have a lender who will fund us 80 %. the jv partne's funds will not be used.we simply have to show we have the 20 % equity to access the 80%. the project is a 100, 000, 000 solar manufacturing facility we are setting up in Florida.
the funding wlil be in draw down with the first draw down to acquire a 100, 000 sf factory building($15 mill). the equipment for manufacturing s about 50 mill.
business plan available if there is an interest. the project will be profitable in two years and all investment can be repaid in 5 years.
(sales of 30MW of panels at 2.00 watt. grosses $60, 000, 000 per annum.) plus any income form sale of power as small power producer
